Semi Raw Påskeæg
1 æggehvide (gerne pasteuriseret) (eller kokosolie red.)
50 g dadelpuré (dadler blendet med vand til ensartet masse)
Blend dadler med vand till en ensartet masse. Mix mandelmel, æggehvide og dadelpuré i en skål - det er lettest med fingrene.
Inden man former til æg kan man blande smag i. Jeg har lavede 4 forskellige slags: kakaonibs, kaffe, nød i midten og cognac.
Stil dem i fryseren eller køleskabet indtil de skal dyppes i chokolade, det giver det bedste resultat.
Chokolade:
½ dl kokosfedt
1 dl kakaosmør/fedt
½ tsk vaniliepulver(ikke sukker)
3 spsk agavesirup
4 spsk raw kakao
Smelt kokos- och kakaofedt i vandbad. Rør vanilien, agavesirup och raw kakao i. Dyp æggene en til to gange.
Kan stå i køleskabet i op til 4 uger, hvis de får lov at stå så længe.
